DAY 7 BERAT - TIRANA
After breakfast, we will depart for Tirana,
the capital of Albania, whose history is
enriched by the coexistence of such rich
cultural societies as the Christian and
Islamic worlds in Europe.
During the city tour you will see the
impact of these influences on its
architecture. The tour will highlight
some symbols and remnants of the
communist era to provide you with a
general understanding of Albanian history.
Visit the National Historical Museum and
the Et’hem Bey Mosque. Dinner and
overnight in Tirana.

DAY 8 TIRANA - KRUJA - AIRPORT
Today, before transferring to the airport,
we will drive to Kruja. Upon arrival, we
will start touring the medieval fortress of
the city on Kruja hill. The walking tour will
take us through the cobblestone path
of the Ottoman bazaar, with wooden
stores and displays of various antique
gifts and household items. The visit within
the castle walls will include the historical
museum dedicated to Skanderbeg
and his resistance against the Ottoman
invasion. An old house converted into an
ethnographic museum will invite us to see
a unique cultural aspect of life in northern
Albania.
Free time to enjoy the city at our leisure
and at the agreed time, transfer to Tirana
airport.
